Simple and Supportive Return Process

Purchasing a classic car should be an exciting experience, and if things don’t go as expected, we’re here to assist. At Imperial Classic Cars, we offer a straightforward and helpful return process to ensure your peace of mind.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the vehicle within 30 days of delivery. The car must be in its original condition, with no more than 500 additional miles and no signs of damage or accidents. All returns will be carefully inspected before approval.

To begin the process, simply contact our customer service team. They will guide you through the steps, including submitting proof of purchase, filling out a return form, and scheduling the inspection. Once the return is approved, you’ll receive a refund for the purchase price, minus any non-refundable fees.
